Are you open?
Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, we have closed our shop in Liston Court, however we are still taking orders for click & collect and home delivery. For details and to place an order, please visit www.seed1.co.uk

Can you refill my containers?
At the moment we are unable to refill customer containers due to the infection risk this presents.

All dried goods are packaged in recycled brown paper bags. All liquid refills are packaged in jars and bottles that have been donated, quarantined for 3 days, washed by hand, put through the dishwasher and sanitised.

If you have any extra jars and bottles at home that you would like do donate, there is a box outside the shop at all times for donations to be dropped off.

Are you delivering fruit and vegetables from Marlow Green?
We are unfortunately no longer in partnership with Marlow Green. You can order from them directly by emailing marlowgreendelivery@outlook.com

We have launched our own fruit and vegetable boxes which are £35 as standard and contain a mixture of fresh produce to last 1 or 2 people at least 1 week. These are available for home delivery on Fridays. To order one (or two!) please email deliveries@seed1.co.uk Please note that we will prioritise those aged 65+, in isolation and NHS key workers as well as those outside of the Marlow Green delivery area.

Are you selling any pre-packaged food?
Yes, due to the current coronavirus pandemic, many of our customers have found it more difficult to access food. We have therefore temporarily added new product lines to our offering to help you through these times.

These products include organic butter, tinned tomatoes, pasta sauces, cheese, glutenous flours (including bread flour) and plant-based milks. We are limited on how many of these we can access and so are reserving them for customers who spend at least £30 with us on our other product lines and a limiting them to 1 of each per order.

If an order for these items is placed in our online shop but doesn't meet the £30 threshold, we will contact the customer and offer them the chance to increase their order to meet this minimum. Alternatively, the order will be voided.
